UCoWR Panel
In 2005, ESPRI partnered with the Bureau or Reclamation to assemble a panel on “Balancing Between Listed Aquatic Species.”
The 2005 annual conference of the Universities Council on Water Resources (UCoWR) and National Institutes for Water Resources (NIWR) titled "River and Lake Restoration: Changing Landscapes" is being held in Portland, Maine at the Holiday Inn By the Bay on July 12-14. The conference will provide an opportunity for academia, federal and state agency experts, public and private water interests, and other professionals to discuss ideas, understanding, research, education, and case studies related to water use, economics, and environmental concerns. The conference is comprised of technical and plenary sessions and will promote the development of strategies for education, research, and policy. As part of the conference, ESPRI and the US Bureau of Reclamation have organized a special panel.
