Owyhee Initiative Scope of Work
ERO Resources Corp's proposed Scope of Work is to assist in identifying the potential future water needs for streams to be designated as wild or scenic as part of the Owyhee Initiative. This work is being coordinated and directed by the Owyhee Initiative Committee. ERO Resources Corp., a Colorado corporation, will conduct the work for BSU hereinafter referred to in all accompanying documents as Client under the direction of the Owyhee Initiative Committee. Attached are our Terms and Conditions and Schedule of Fees. ERO will conduct this work on a time-and-materials basis in accordance with the Schedule of Fees. Total costs are estimated not to exceed $5,000. ERO will initiate this work immediately.
ESPRI is providing support for the Owyhee Initiative Working Group to:
