South Fork Boise Fishery Collaborative

ESPRI is assisting the US Forest Service, Idaho Fish and Game, the Bureau of Reclamation and several private fishing organizations in an effort to better understand and improve the conservation of the wild/native trout fishery of the South Fork of the Boise River. Discussions have occurred in the past several months and ESPRI is supporting the collaborative efforts through development of a website and support of development of an assessment of potential for a formal collaborative effort on South Fork Boise River fishery conservation issue.

Idaho State Fire Plan Working Group Support

Brett Ingles is providing technical and analytical support to the working group which includes help with implementation of strategic goals, writing reports and position documents, and maintenance of the group’s website.

National Fire Plan Implementation in Alaska

Brett Ingles is working with the Alaska Region of the Forest Service (Region 10) as well as the Alaska Wildland Fire Coordinating Group in order to help the state better deliver the National Fire Plan to local communities. Work includes fire policy research, communications planning, and collaboration between local, state, and federal entities as well as native villages and corporations.
